    Staff are so friendly and amazing, I normally get delivery but was passing through town so thought to pop in store and got to see the amazingly talented workers making my order, food is always delicious and comes perfectly prepared. Highly recommend Lowestoft papa johns, I’ve had a pizza from Norwich papa johns and honestly that was bad, not so friendly staff and pizza was awful. I highly recommend Lowestoft papa johns for anyone who has had a bad experience at a papa johns, Lowestoft always get it right

    I was so happy to see that Papa John's do gluten-free now! Ordered a ham & pineapple pizza and was very confident about the safety of the food when I saw a guideline on the wall about how to prepare GF orders, the man who made my pizza tonight was absolutely perfect! Every element of the pizza is gorgeous and it's so reasonably priced too. My partner didn't get a GF pizza and there was absolutely no cross contamination at all despite being on the same order, my stomach is so happy Will definitely be a regular from now on!Dietary restrictions: There are several gluten-free options available and the pizza base is a good size

    Stood in shop for over mins being ignored, when we were served assistant was less that helpful. Deals on website different to in shop and ended up sitting in the shop ordering ourselves what the assistant said we couldn't have if we ordered over the counter. We seemed more of a nuisance than a valued customer. On a positive note good to see that the excessive bird excrement is no longer an issue outside the shop.

    I order from papa John's regularly but I had one yesterday that cost ood pounds an it was awful I through it away , I generally am more than happy an really enjoy the food but this one has put me off the chicken bites we're hard not tender as usual , the pizza was cold an ingredients tasted hardly cooked the crust had a very bland taste it was horrible absolutely gutted as I normally really enjoy the crust dipped in sauce , also I was charged for sauces because I couldn't change the sauce that came with it was garlic but I wanted BBQ, u would think spending that amount a sauce might be free I've never been charged before, my potatoe tots were burned cheese rock hard , I hope it was a one off but it's put me off , also papa John's did not have there own delivery driver now they had Uber dropping it off which I don't like I stopped using just eat an Uber as my food kept getting stolen or not brought at all .I never had a problem of it being cold Wen papa John's own delivery drivers dropped it ,
